Flat-rate shipping across the EU: €4.90 per order. Free shipping on orders over €75.00.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We currently ship to all 27 EU member states. We do not ship outside the EU at this time. For bulk or wholesale inquiries, contact support@amynostack.com.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our carrier's website or by logging into your account.
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). To initiate a return:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
Opened products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations, unless the product is defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, typically 3-5 business days. The refund will appear as "AMYNOSTACK" on your bank statement.
